About these terms

These terms apply when you visit or use this website. AITRA Technologies is the business responsible for the website. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@aitra.biz.

What the website provides

The website provides general information about AITRA Technologies, AITRA, its commercial applications and the kinds of business problems they may address. It also includes illustrative examples, a Commercial Opportunity Snapshot and ways to contact us.

The website is not an offer or a promise that a particular service, feature, integration or result will be available in every situation. The appropriate scope, controls and responsibilities are agreed for each engagement.

Information, examples and results

Website content is general information. It is not legal, financial, insurance, tax or other professional advice, and it should not be used as the sole basis for an important business decision.

Figures produced by the Snapshot are initial indications based on the information and assumptions entered. They are not forecasts, valuations or promises of recoverable revenue. Illustrative scenarios are examples rather than client results. External research and reported market results remain attributed to their original sources and are not presented as AITRA results.

Commercial work requires a separate agreement

An enquiry, Snapshot result, Audit discussion or website demonstration does not by itself create a client relationship or require either party to proceed.

Any Commercial Opportunity Audit, Report, pilot, implementation or continuing service will be governed by a separate written agreement covering its scope, fees, responsibilities, information handling, performance measures and other relevant terms.

Your use of the website

You may use the website for legitimate personal or business evaluation. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, misuse a form, impersonate another person or use the website unlawfully.

Please do not submit customer names, policy details, health or claims information, passwords, exports or other confidential, sensitive or regulated customer information through a website form.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website, AITRA name and presentation, written material, methods, graphics, demonstrations and illustrative reports belong to AITRA Technologies or are used with permission.

You may view and make a reasonable internal reference copy for evaluating AITRA. You may not republish, sell, license, modify or commercially exploit the material, or present it as your own, without written permission. This does not restrict any use permitted by law.

External links

The website may link to research, service providers or other external websites. Those links provide context or convenience. A link does not mean that AITRA controls, guarantees or endorses everything on the external website. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care with the website, but it may occasionally be unavailable, incomplete or out of date. Please contact us if you need to confirm something before relying on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent the law permits, AITRA Technologies is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by reliance on general website information rather than an agreed commercial engagement.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information the website and its forms may collect, how we use it and how to contact us about it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the website, our services or relevant obligations change. The date shown above identifies the current version. Australian law applies where relevant.
